International social entrepreneur Ted Halstead founded a nonprofit public policy company, Redefining Progress, at the age of 25. By the age of 32, he created two think tanks. Halstead’s company is a medium through which new approaches to economic and environmental policy are identified and prominently positioned for discussion in the public arena.
