Agile Software Development Methodology
It is debatable whether Agile is a software development methodology, a software development philosophy, or a set of ideals and principles based on the Agile Manifesto. While Agile is believed to be a software development methodology, it is, in fact, a set of principles based on a philosophy that create a software development process that is iterative, collaborative, and productive. Agile is essentially an umbrella philosophy under which development teams can create new ideas, respond to changes, and minimize risk. The two most commonly used Agile-based developmental frameworks are Scrum and Kanban.
