Strategic Design can be defined as a practice to develop a coherent plan for the active part of change in the enterprise, of deliberately introducing new elements into a given situation with the intent of transforming it into a desired state. Designing an enterprise means achieving coherence across the different domains relevant to its endeavors. A deep understanding of the environment helps, especially when applying different Frames.
