I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Construction Iteration C7
It is the seventh Construction iteration, and the team is working smoothly. During iterations four through six, the team successfully evolved the mortgage application portal (MAP), adding new value to it every two weeks. They consistently worked together to learn from each other and improve their approach based on the ideas they generated during each retrospective. There were a few bumps along the way; in particular, there were a few heated discussions between team members when disagreements arose as to how to implement certain features. Luckily, Ashok led the team through these hard technical decisions, exactly as an architecture owner should.
