Drag-and-Drop Processing
TODAY, MOST COMMON APPLICATIONS, such as word processors, e-mail, and file utilities, support drag-and-drop operations. With HTML 5, such operations are extending to webpages. Using drag-and-drop operations within a webpage, you might drag objects that you want to purchase into a shopping cart, toppings onto a pizza before placing an online order, and more. In addition, you will soon be able to drag-and-drop content from an application onto a webpage or vice versa.
