Passive Components, Prototyping Issues, and a Case Study in PC Board Layout
Abstract
Some of the subtleties of passive components including construction techniques of these devices and parasitic effects are considered. We will cover some details about resistors, capacitors, and inductors. Then, we will use what we have learned in an illustrative discussion of printed circuit (PC) board layout issues.
