I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

There is no doubt that economic growth in Brazil in the past decade has led to increased energy consumption. Brazil is a leader in the production of hydro-based electric power generation. According to the BP Statistical Review of World Energy June 2010, Brazil was the second largest producer, behind China, of electricity from hydro-based power generation.
Brazil and Paraguay's Itaipu Dam, with installed capacity of 14,000 MWe (or 14 gigawatts (GWe)), is another of the world's largest hydroelectric power stations.
