Once we’ve rigorously tested our app, we’re ready to submit it to the App Store to send it out to the public. Or are we?
It turns out there are a bunch more steps to get our app up on the store. First off, we need to answer two questions: “What are we offering?” and “How do we communicate that?”
Submitting to the App Store requires a lot more than just a rigorously tested code base and an attractive visual design (thanks to our professional designer). We will be submitting an extensive collection of metadata, including but not limited to the following:
A 1024×1024 icon for the App Store, which should match the icon in the Xcode project. Since Apple may come back and ask for art at varying sizes to promote ...
