After We Ship
So, we’ve shipped our app, and users around the country or around the world are using and enjoying it. Now what?
With iTunes Connect, we can use the Sales and Trends page to see how many people are downloading the app—whether the trend is positive or negative. Payments and Financial Reports will let us check Apple’s transfers to our bank account with our cut of the app’s sales if it’s a paid app.
But are our users actually happy? We can check the reviews in the App Store, and hopefully users with a problem will send an email to the support address we provided, although it’s also possible they left a one-star review in lieu of a bug report or just quit using the app altogether.
