Chapter 11.Unity Express

Cisco Unity Express (CUE) provides voice mail and automated attendant services in a small-office environment. The automated attendant allows callers to reach any phone extension without the assistance of an operator 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Unity Express can be used in conjunction with CallManager Express. In CUE version 2.3, the following major enhancements have been added:

• Integrated message (IMAP e-mail client access to voice mail)

• Voice View Express (visual voice mail access through phone XML interface and outbound message notification via voice, Short Message Service (SMS), or e-mail)
