Chapter 2. Capture Video
You’d think shooting video would be basically the same as making still photos. Same hardware, same form factor, same act of pressing a button to capture and record photons. As we learned in the last chapter, though, video takes additional thought. I often feel like I need to swap in a video brain when I switch modes on my iPhone or iPad, because more factors of the scene demand my attention. I not only need to think about the composition of the scene, I need to imagine the composition as it might be in a few seconds or minutes after I tap the Record button.
