So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Chapter 10. Accessing Other Web Content with Your iPhone
You are not limited to using Safari to access Internet content on your iPhone. The device comes pre-configured with a few additional applications that allow access that is more direct to Web content. To use these applicationis, your iPhone must be connected to the Internet either through a Wi-Fi network or through the AT&T Edge network. If you are connected to a Wi-Fi network, a Wi-Fi icon will appear along the top of the iPhone screen. If you are connected to the Edge network, you will instead see an Edge Network icon. These applications include Stocks, Maps, and Weather.
