What started as a single-purpose portable music player has evolved into an all-purpose multimedia entertainment device. And, as most of us know, a big part of entertainment today is game playing.

Thus the concept of iPod games. An iPod game, quite simply, is a videogame that you play on your iPod or iPod nano. (Not on your iPod shuffle, of course; you need a screen to play games.) This is a relatively new category for the iPod, but it’s growing quickly—and it’s a lot of fun!
