Both IPTV and Internet video services are critically dependent on adequate bandwidth as more and more media content moves from on-air to online networks. Without it, Internet video files can be excessively slow to download and streaming video won't work. IPTV simply cannot operate without sufficient bandwidth to carry the signal.
