Training is in the news every day. More often than not, it is an absence of training or ineffective training—training that fails to teach content at the level of mastery required—that is the culprit. When a train, plane, bus, or truck is involved in a serious accident, a lack of training is often the reason. This is the same for law enforcement, military, civil, and emergency services. Without training, and more specifically the correct training, there is eventually going to be a problem.
