While all of the theory and knowledge of ISD is a great foundation for working as an instructional designer, the real challenges start when the designer begins working on courses, projects, and other real-world instructional design challenges. One key to tackling these challenges is to have a specific, formal approach for managing each project. Of course, there is no single approach or solution for every challenge, but there exists a very dynamic approach that provides a blueprint for getting started.
