ISD Project Work Flow
While all of the theory and knowledge of ISD is a great foundation for working as an instructional designer, the real challenges start when the designer begins working on courses, projects, and other real-world instructional design challenges. One key to tackling these challenges is to have a specific, formal approach for managing each project. Of course, there is no single approach or solution for every challenge, but there exists a very dynamic approach that provides a blueprint for getting started. While there is a link to ISD models in the workflow process, a strict adherence to any single model will only get you so far and leave many key process elements unattended or invisible.
