Maybe not, but if your organization is like most of the ones I’ve worked with, there is some belief that if you could just find the perfect capacity management tool, all your worries would be over. Let me start this chapter by saying there is no perfect capacity management tool, and if there were, your organization wouldn’t be ready to use it because there are no perfect organizations.
