Some Beacons to Steer By
THROUGHOUT THIS BOOK, I’ve tried to create a resource for people in search of ideas that can increase understanding and help them approach life in a more meaningful way. I didn’t invent a lot of this, but I used these beliefs and ideas and still do. They work for me. If you like one, use it. It may work for you, too.
That’s my attitude regarding all my other ideas as well. I present them in the hope that they will be useful to leaders and managers in all organizations.
