Chapter 4 The Novices
4.1 Introduction
In this chapter we discuss experiences, AI and analytics use cases, and lessons learned by novices. Novices are entering the next level of analytics maturity. They have had a few successes under their belt and are hungry for more. They are expanding their scope of interest, they want to learn more, they want to apply analytics in more areas of the organization, and they want to learn and apply new analytic techniques.
