It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Chapter 2 is about identifying research opportunities by developing empathy toward stakeholders. The chapter introduces the most important questions to ask your stakeholders as well as tactics for handling research requests and delaying early methodology discussions. It also discusses ways to become a better listener and thinker.
