So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Chapter 4 introduces ways to team up with stakeholders. It describes the different stages in which UX research practitioners collaborate with stakeholders for better buy-in for research results. Collaboration with stakeholders happens when planning studies, recruiting participants, interacting with study participants, and coanalyzing the data collected and when results are reported to others.
