With iWork for Mac and the full suite of iWork apps for iOS, you can finally enjoy Pages, Keynote, and Numbers on your Mac and iDevices (specifically, iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch). But sometimes, too much choice can be a bad thing.
Wouldn’t it be great to have a centralized place to store the latest versions of all your iWork documents, and for that library to be accessible from any computer or mobile device? Shame that’s just a pipe dream…
Actually, today’s your lucky day, because there’s one final member of the iWork family waiting to make your acquaintance: iWork for iCloud. Instead of hunting through your Mac, iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch, you can simply open a web browser on any device (even a Windows computer), and then log into your iCloud account. Not only is the complete suite of iWork offerings—Keynote, Pages, and Numbers—waiting for you there, but all of your iWork documents are, too. Any document you share with iWork for iCloud is always just a login away.
What’s more, when you connect any iWork app on an iDevice to your iCloud account, all the iWork documents you create within that app automatically synchronize with your iCloud account and vice versa. You can also save iWork documents you create on your Mac to your iCloud account, so they’re available both on your Mac and via your iCloud account—and again, both versions of your document are automatically synchronized.
