2.6.1. Overview
This section depicts two scenarios where Web Services technology may be a good fit. The first scenario is a membership award program, which is a common customer loyalty program, and provides a seamless integration between a credit-card bonus point system and business partners for redemption, account balance, activity tracking, and cross-selling.
