Plotting a 2D sine graph
In this recipe, we will use a free Java graph library named GRAphing Library (GRAL) to plot a 2D sine graph. On many occasions, sine graphs can be particularly useful for data scientists since they are a trigonometric graph that can be used to model fluctuations in data (for example, using temperature data to create a model that predicts the times during the year that a location would be pleasant to visit).
Getting ready
- To use GRAL in your project, you need to download the GRAL JAR file and include it in your project as an external Java library.
