In this appendix, I provide information about the interfaces and methods of the javax.jms package. You do not need to know every method in the JMS package that is specified in the Java Message Service (JMS) specification until you need them to use in your projects. But it is good to know which interfaces and methods are available and what you can do with them. The JMS package information provided in this appendix is based on the Java web site of Sun Microsystems.
