Structural patterns

Structural patterns are used to simplify the relationships between objects. In the following sections, we will discuss all four structural patterns mentioned previously, and how to implement them in JavaScript.

Adapter pattern

The adapter pattern is used in situations in which our application is dependent on any object whose properties and methods change frequently and we want to avoid modifying the code to use them. The adapter pattern allows us to wrap the interface of a specific object as what the client expects and rather than changing the whole implementation we can just call the wrapper object which contains the code as per the modified version.
