Tools for Publishing Web Services

The Publish task involves making information about your Web Service available to potential users of it. At present, the primary way to publish a Web service is to register it in a UDDI registry and to deploy its WSDL and XSD files on a Web server. Publishing in UDDI requires more than simply describing the Web service, because every Web Service is owned by some business entity. You must therefore first register your business entity. In addition, you may be registering a standard Web service interface for use within some industry rather than registering an implementation. Tools that simplify the publishing task are clearly desirable.
