Chapter 3: Creating Your First Project

Now that we have a lot of the preliminaries out of the way, let's get down to some real work. As you might have already guessed, the first step will be to create a project. We will walk through an example using the project management template, as it is the one that is most widely used.

This will begin our hands-on experience with the tool and we will follow the same process, in terms of how objects are created, as we progress from chapter to chapter. We will follow that up by creating our first issues and discovering how they are displayed on the board. Then, we will take a look at some of the administrative aspects of the tool that are automatically created when you build a project.
