The path to extraordinary … one small step at a time

In the introduction to this book, I explained how skills and behaviours in isolation are not enough to reach extraordinary. Yet, still, an exorbitant amount of money and energy is spent by organizations every year developing them as standalone pieces. In my experience, this is a big mistake.
