Being extraordinary requires a combination of getting the bold, brave and world-rocking vision in place whilst refining and tinkering with the small pieces. Beware of letting go of the small nuggets. Build a culture where everyone plays a role in tweaking and upgrading. Make it a consistent part of how you do business and you will find you build an audience that comes back to you, confident that you will deliver something extraordinary.
