HTML and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) are part of the basic knowledge of every Web designer. HTML is relatively easy to learn, but it takes quite a lot of practice before you can master the tips and tricks of CSS. It is not so much the theory that causes a problem but the practical application. Different browsers still implement CSS instructions differently, which is sometimes infuriating for Web designers.
