20. Integrating Custom Features
The page layout now looks as we wanted it to, but technically it is not yet up to our expectations. We are currently using text in our header image, and that is bad both for search engine optimization and for accessibility reasons. We also want to use HTML5 rather than the core layouts, which use XHTML. We fix both of these issues in this chapter.

When you look at the header image, you can see that it is a text graphic. This means that the important text information is inaccessible by Google and by visual devices.
