Chapter 7. Modifying Global Settings
In this chapter, you’ll learn how to work with the various categories of global settings and some administrative tools, what they can do for you, and when you might need to adjust them. The settings and tools covered are:
Global Configuration settings: These settings include Site settings, System settings, and Server settings. Site settings control site functions; System settings control the Joomla administrative settings; and Server settings enable Joomla to communicate with your database and your web server.
