Automated Tools Group Lead
This person is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of each group's projects (50% allocation). The lead is also responsible for participating in the daily work activities (50% allocation). His or her skill set should include all of the skills required at the senior engineer level.

This individual has advanced expertise in all skill sets required. She or he may be a subject matter expert and/or a methods and tools expert. His or her skill set should include all of the skills required at the engineer level.
