When I wrote my first book, Kaizen Assembly: Designing, Constructing, and Managing a Lean Assembly Line, I dedicated one chapter to a case study of a company that used my company kaizen program as the foundation and driver for all lean initiatives. The company was highly successful in its journey, and today I use the same model for other clients.
