So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Using Maltego
Maltego is an information gathering tool that has many uses besides gathering network information. You can also gather information on people and companies from various sources. For now, we will use it for gathering network information about a public network.
The first time you start Maltego, you will need to do some setup, and also register at their website in order to log in to the Transform servers. It's easy, free, and spam-free, so giving them your email address won't be a problem. First, you will need to pick the version that you want to use.
