What is it?
Sales channel analytics looks at all the various ways that you distribute your products to your market to see which channels are the most effective.
There are many different way to sell to customers: businesses may have retail stores, they may use re-sellers or agents, they may sell direct online. It is important to know what sales channels yield the most sales and also the quality of the sales that comes from each sales channel so that you can make the best use of your resources.
