Capability analytics

What is it?

Capability analytics is a talent management process that allows you to identify the capabilities or core competencies you want and need in your business. Once you know what those capabilities are you can then analyse your current staff members to see if you have any capability gaps.

Knowing what skills you need and what you already have in your business via a rigorous analytics process can alert you to issues you may not have been aware of so you can retrain or support individuals to close those gaps more effectively.
