What is it?

Employee churn analytics is the process of assessing your staff turnover rates in the past in an attempt to predict the future.

Your employees are your most important and often most expensive asset. Using analytics to assess capability and hire the right people (Chapter 55) is just part of the process. Then you’ve got to keep them. Employee churn analytics allows you to plot these trends and predict the future so you can intervene earlier and reduce employee churn.
