Emotional management (emotional awareness)

Emotional awareness: Knowing when feelingsare present and being able to label thesefeelings with specific feeling words, and at thehighest level being able to predict andinfluence emotions in advance.

Coaching and developing greater emotional awareness in individuals enables and empowers them to have the opportunity to manage, channel and ultimately master their emotional energy towards the outcomes that they desire most. With high emotional awareness, the full power of emotion can be managed, selected and driven towards the achievement of results and goals.
