Consistent leadership (conscientiousness)
Conscientiousness: Being thorough, carefuland vigilant, with a desire to do things well.
Consistency in a leader is considered to be one of the most important characteristics of success: it allows for measurement; it creates accountability; it establishes a reputation; it ensures relevance; and it maintains the message. Consistent leaders are conscientious: they exhibit self-confidence, act dutifully and aim for achievement through planned behaviour; they are generally organised and dependable. Conscientiousness is demonstrated in behaviours such as being neat and systematic, careful, thorough and thoughtful.
