Service orientation: Understanding,anticipating, recognising, accepting and thenmeeting the needs of others.

Being able to coach and develop a greater sense of service orientation opens up individuals, teams and organisations to the solutions and results that can only be achieved by playing to strengths and natural abilities. Greater understanding of service orientation enables people to understand, appreciate and anticipate why they, and others, do what they do. From this strong foundation, they are then better placed to recognise, accept and then respond positively to what drives optimal outcomes.
