Embedded commands

This language construct is a tremendously powerful technique of language and tonality, which influences others’ behaviour at a subconscious level.

The big picture

Wouldn’t it be nice if we could influence others to do what we would like them to do, so that they believed they were acting on their own impulses? There are many language constructs which can effectively bypass the critical faculty of the conscious mind and address the unconscious mind directly. Embedded commands are perhaps the most powerful of these constructs, allowing us to utter seemingly innocuous sentences which change the way others think and act.
