The seven domains assessment model for entrepreneurs
Many entrepreneurs launch their business ideas without a great deal of careful analysis. Sometimes this is effective, but it can result in very basic mistakes being made. The seven domains model is a simple framework for entrepreneurs to use to make sure they have asked the key questions about their business idea before launching it.
When to use it
- To assess your business idea before launching it.
- To identify the biggest weaknesses in your business plan, so you can address them.
