Introduction

Research has shown that many persons are achievement-oriented and task conscious; thus most persons have an innate desire to be highly productive in life. This desire to be a high-performing individual who is very productive stems from a variety of reasons. I learned more about these desires throughout my professional career, while serving as a life coach, career coach, or workshop facilitator to thousands of individuals.
