This chapter will further develop your Foundation Resume. It uses the extended achievement statements you developed in your Personal Plan: Achievements Extended. These were for job-specific criteria: profession, job and personal. In the previous chapter you will have selected a format for your Foundation Resume.
The chapter includes checks to ensure your resume has a positive impact. In Chapter 15 we will assist you to rearrange the Foundation Resume if required. This adaption to a Targeted Resume will allow you to use common layouts for different countries.
