The City Streets Circle Rig

Over 10 years ago I was driving down Sunset Boulevard here in Los Angeles. As I sat at a traffic light waiting for it to turn green, I noticed somebody using a kind of rig I’d never seen before: a simple circle with a rail in the middle holding the camera. They simply held it like a steering wheel. I made one the next day out of a bicycle rim with the spokes removed. It worked pretty well, I must say.
