Add an About the App Section

The intent here is to give users some information about the app: who made it, why it was made, and some credits on the icons we used outside of Google’s Material Design library (such as icons from https://materialdesignicons.com/). To do this, we’re going to create AboutFragment with the info. My version looks like the image shown.
