The questions here are not meant to include all the tough questions you’ll be asked. Indeed, the intent is to get you thinking about how you discuss the job and your qualifications, instead of what practiced speeches you can prepare.

Again, remember that the job interview is a meeting on your first day of the job. Your primary focus is what you can bring to the hiring manager and the company.
