The Job Offer

When the job offer comes in, you’ll be excited. It might be by email or a phone call, or they might call you back in to the office to make the offer in person. No matter how the offer is made, there’s only one way to respond to a job offer.

You thank the hiring manager or HR representative graciously, express your happiness at having moved forward, and then you do not accept the position yet.
